Shipping & Returns Policy 🐥

 

Processing Times:

☆ Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to dispatch after order confirmation and 2-4 weeks after a new shop update (due to the workload). When your order is shipped you will receive an email to let you know (Along with a tracking code if you added tracking to your basket or you have an item that is automatically tracked)

☆ I use Royal Mail to ship my orders and transit times once posted are completely out of my power. 

Estimated delivery times once shipped:

domestic orders (UK): 2 - 7 days

international orders: 2 - 10 weeks  

☆ Please consider peak holiday seasons, weather, custom check delays etc when checking estimated delivery dates.

☆ Customers are responsible for all VAT, customs and import fees that may be applied when your package is received. I am not responsible for these potential costs or custom delays.

International shipping (tracked vs standard)

☆ I ship worldwide, however international shipping costs can be expensive so I offer two options. Standard shipping and tracked (added via the menu bar). It is entirely up to the customer to decide to add tracking for peace of mind or go for the more affordable option of standard shipping). Tracked orders have compensation cover for loss and delay while standard shipping does not. I am not liable for loss and delay of any non-tracked international mail.

Returns and Exchanges:

☆ All sales are final. I don't currently offer returns, exchanges or cancellations of orders unless it's a very exceptional circumstance. If upon arrival, there is an issue such as a missing or damaged item please let me know within a few days of receiving the package and I'll try my best to sort it out!
